#MentalHealthAwareness | My Story

Sharing my story on instagram

@instagram #MentalHealthAwareness My biological mother had mental health problems throughout her life. One afternoon she left the house, my grandparents weren't aware. Until she returned. Not her usual self, it was learned that she was a victim of rape. My mother were sent to CRIBS orphanage. It housed many girls and women, victims. There were two other houses within the compound. One for abandoned children and infants. After I was born, I had to be housed with the founder of Crib orphanage – Rhoda Bradshaw (an American Missionary). I was cared & closely monitored. I am grateful that I lived. One night, my parents now had dinner over at the Bradshaw's. They fell in love with me, and the rest is history. It is my life mission to give back. I inherited my father's land in #Bataan #Philippines πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ and in the future, there will be 4 houses within the compound. House 1 – for abandoned infants House 2 – for abandoned children House 3 – for girls and women, victims of rape House 4 – for the LGBT community, displaced from their homes πŸ•ŠοΈ
